For AFBE Foundation, Ambasco created a distinctive visual brand identity that is in line with AFBE-UK, but with its own look and target group.

AFBE Foundation's own brand identity, recognisable yet unique
AFBE Foundation is the social branch of AFBE-UK, an organization that is committed to greater inclusiveness in the technical sector. While AFBE-UK focuses broadly on the sector, the Foundation focuses on education, mentoring and community development for young people aged 6 to 25. That own focus called for a own brand identity: visually recognisable as part of AFBE, but with an independent appearance suitable for a new and engaged audience.

Our approach
Ambasco developed a complete visual identity for AFBE Foundation, based on a clear brand strategy. Together with the Foundation team, we investigated which core values and goals should be central. This resulted in the starting point for the branding: human, connecting and forward-looking.
We deliberately chose a logo that is in line with the style of AFBE-UK, but with subtle changes in shape and color that give the Foundation its own character. The color palette is warmer, the typography is more accessible, and the visual style uses photography that shows the impact of their work. We also designed additional branding tools such as presentation templates, social media templates and basic communication guidelines.

From identity to digital platform
Based on the new branding, we also developed the AFBE Foundation website. The brand identity served as the starting point for structure, look & feel and tone of voice. The result is a digital platform that reinforces the Foundation's message and offers space for growth: news, projects, collaborations and events are easy to manage and present.

The result
The AFBE Foundation now has a brand identity that matches its social mission and connects to the wider AFBE network. Thanks to a clear visual line and a professional platform, the Foundation can tell its story convincingly — both online and offline.
