Quli website migrated to central hosting environment
The Quli website was migrated by Ambasco to the parent organization's central hosting environment. This means that all websites are now housed within one managed infrastructure, with uniform settings and a complete technical overview.
The challenge
For the parent organization HCI, we are already working with a central hosting structure that is managed by Ambasco. Several websites are already running in this environment.
The challenge was to also include Quli's website — without disrupting the existing infrastructure and without impacting accessibility or functionality.
The goal was clear: one consistent technical environment in which all the organization's websites come together.
Our approach
1. Analysis of the existing QULI environment
We started with a technical inventory of Quli's current hosting environment. Here we mapped out:
- Server settings
- Database structure
- DNS settings
- Any custom links
This enabled us to determine how the website could be optimally integrated into the existing central infrastructure.
2. Integration into the existing hosting structure
Because the parent organization already manages several websites, we were able to place Quli within the same one:
- Server architecture
- Security protocols
- Backup systematics
- Monitoring structure
As a result, management remains uniform and organized.
3. Careful migration without disruption
The migration was carried out via a temporary staging environment. After extensive checks on functionality and performance, the website was put live within the central hosting.
Visitors experienced no interruption.

With the addition of Quli to the central hosting environment, the parent organization now has:
- One technical point of contact
- Uniform security settings
- Central backups
- Streamlined maintenance
- Full overview of all websites
The digital infrastructure is therefore consistent, manageable and future-proof.
