Ambasco developed a new, user-friendly website for Rotary Club IJmond. As an involved member of the club, we provided a design in line with the official Rotary corporate identity, including the correct logo application. The club's social projects were given a prominent place — with the aim of maximum visibility and impact.
Website for Rotary Club IJmond based on commitment and expertise
Ambasco is all about strong visual communication — and that starts with engagement. As an active member of Rotary Club IJmond, we wanted to contribute to strengthening the club's visibility. Not out of commercial interests, but to increase our joint impact on the IJmond region. With a clear structure, a strong image and a manageable technical basis, we prepared the club for the future.
Difficult management of the old website was the starting point for innovation
The previous website worked properly, but was technically limited in management. Members were unable to post news or projects themselves without help. That inhibited the club's topicality and visibility. We opted for a new one WordPress web design, set up with a user-friendly CMS. Members can now easily add and manage content without technical knowledge.
Website design according to official Rotary corporate identity guidelines
Rotary International has strict guidelines for the use of color, typography, layout and logo. At the design of the new website Ambasco took this into account carefully. Everything is in line with the official corporate identity, including the Rotary Club IJmond logo, which we've subtly modified to meet international specifications. As a result, the club's visual appearance is professional, recognisable and fully in line with the global Rotary brand.
Visibility for social projects is key
The social projects are the beating heart of Rotary Club IJmond. They therefore deserve a prominent place on the website. We created a clear project page and gave current projects a central place on the homepage. Each initiative is explained with image and context, so that visitors can immediately see what the club does — and how they can contribute.

Mobile-friendly WordPress site with intuitive navigation
The new WordPress website is fully responsive and optimized for every device: desktop, tablet and mobile. The structure is clear and navigation intuitive. Visitors can quickly find information about current projects, activities or membership. The site is also scalable, so that it can easily be expanded with future functionalities.
