The challenge: making knowledge scalable and accessible

HCI Software wanted to support its customers faster and better with a central knowledge environment. Information was scattered and not optimally searchable. At the same time, there was a growing need for a solution that:

The knowledge base for HCI Software was developed under our strategic proposition Ambasco Brand Core. At Brand Core, we help organizations to embed their brand not only visually, but also in terms of content and technology in all processes.

The knowledge base, Brand Core Memory, is a smart knowledge environment that allows organizations to centrally manage and activate their brand knowledge, product information and service content.

Each label has its own channel

The knowledge base has a clear channel structure: each label has its own channel. This provides an overview, logical clustering of topics and quick navigation. And ensures that content from different labels is not mixed into the AI answers. For the internal team, adding knowledge articles is easy and intuitive. New articles can be published quickly, so that the knowledge base is always up to date.

AI agent for natural question and answer

An important part of the Ambasco Brand Core Memory is the integrated AI question and answer agent.

This AI agent:

  • Understands natural language questions
  • Provides relevant answers directly from the knowledge base
  • Supports both customers and the support team
  • Continuously learns based on available content
  • Has been restricted so that she does not search for answers on the internet herself but only uses articles from her own knowledge base
  • Also makes the link to the articles from which the answer is obtained immediately available.
  • Is the correct answer not available? Then the customer can forward the question to the support team with one click. This way, the service remains personal and efficient.

This combination of AI and human support increases customer satisfaction and reduces pressure on the help desk.
